Pre-Wedding Diet Plan for Glow, Tone and Confidence
The 90-day sweet spot is enough time to transform without crash dieting — long enough to see real changes, short enough to stay motivated. Here is our clinic-tested phase-wise plan for brides and grooms.

Days 1 to 30 — foundation phase
Focus on gut and skin health. Anti-inflammatory nutrition, adequate protein, hydration up to 3 litres a day, gentle strength training three times a week, and sleep by 10:30 pm. This phase reduces bloating, evens skin tone, and lays the foundation for the metabolic changes ahead.
Days 31 to 60 — transformation phase
Move into a slight calorie deficit of 250 to 400 calories below maintenance. Five workouts a week — three strength, two cardio. Add skin nutrition with omega 3 (fish or algal), zinc, vitamin C-rich foods, and consistent water intake. Most of the visible fat loss happens in this phase — around 3 to 5 kilograms.
Days 61 to 90 — refine and glow phase
Reduce cardio slightly to protect muscle definition. Tighten hydration and electrolyte protocols before outfit trials and photoshoots. Add a dedicated evening skincare routine that supports what the diet is doing internally. In the final two weeks, reduce salt and processed foods slightly to avoid pre-event puffiness.
What to avoid completely
Crash diets, cabbage soup diets, and extreme keto in this window. They cause hair fall, dull skin, mood swings, and rebound weight. Also skip untested supplements and single-day cleanses that shock the body. Consistent, moderate effort produces the best photos and the best marriage-day energy.
The final 48 hours
Reduce sodium to reduce puffiness. Hydrate to 3 litres 48 hours before the event, then taper to 1.5 litres the day of. Eat familiar foods only — this is not the time to experiment. Sleep at least 7 hours the night before. Trust the plan you built over 90 days.
